I want you to love yourself, your body and most of all: I want you to create the body you love, and to eat and workout right. I know how tough this can be, I've been through it before. There's an overwhelming amount of advice and nutritional guides and the keto-diet this and paleo-diet that. I know it's overwhelming. That's why I've created the Purposeful Fitness podcast.
Through my trials and errors, research and experience from working with clients, I created a podcast where I share with you some of the best and latest fitness advice, nutrition and diet information, while keeping in mind that our spiritual health is important as well. It's important for us create a fit life and body while maintaining the sunnah of our prophet Muhammad (saw).

This podcast is created for couple of reasons that are both personal and professional. The personal reason is that I believe I have a unique story and voice as well as an obligation to share with the world. I have been told from many colleagues and friends that I need to speak up more my voice and share my story with more people because it can help so many others with similar struggles and situations. I also have witnessed myself how others have related to my stories through my social media stories, especially on Instagram. I wanted to reach more audience, and social media has been super slow growth and too crowded to have my voice heard. I decided what any other way than starting with podcast before going onto YouTube. The second reason is more professional and that is because I want to network with other professionals and like minded people who are working hard in growing their business strategically. I will be honest and real as I have always been which is that I do want BeFit4Akhirah to grow professionally, and I do want my brand to stand up for its core values and its story.
